Let's Get Technical!
Watch this video on how to leverage the comprehensive suite of machine management features in Intraratio's RunCard, designed to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and enable data-driven decision-making in modern manufacturing environments.
Overview
In today's advanced electronics and semiconductor manufacturing lines, unexpected equipment downtime disrupts operations, leading to reduced efficiency, scrap, and costly production delays.
Implementing an automated machine monitoring and maintenance notification strategy is therefore crucial to addressing and solving these challenges.
Key signals such as output and yield variability, can alert operations of impending issues that lead to unplanned downtime.
Tying these signals to specific types of maintenance work flows, will reduce unnecessary maintenance overhead, ensuring your technical team is taking the correct action with the right supporting data. Digitization of this in RunCard MES ensures knowledge capture, transfer and traceability in a changing workforce.
All of this is essential to addressing the challenges and complexity of today's electronics manufacturing operations.
Intraratio's RunCard offers a comprehensive suite of machine management features designed to enhance asset utilization, efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making in modern manufacturing environments.
Machine Management Features in RunCard
RunCard provides real-time visibility into machine status and performance, helping to prevent unplanned downtime with proactive maintenance scheduling. Coupled with AiCard, the platform can flag possible early signs of wear and tear for predictive maintenance
RunCard enables users to schedule maintenance based on time intervals, or usage cycles. It also sends automated reminders to notify stakeholders via email or SMS. Technicians, supervisors, and/or managers can be added to notification lists for timely task prioritization and escalation.
RunCard allows for dynamic machine monitoring with automated responses such as triggers for online/offline status and custom user alert messages. A signal can be sent to the machine, via SOAP, REST or Socket, to pause or stop if such listening functionality is supported by the machine.
RunCard captures and tags machine downtime with pre-defined offline codes, in conjunction with user entered comments and data. These offline codes enable data analytics for root cause, asset performance trend analysis, and much more.
Summary
In order to drive continuous operational improvements, and crucially, to be competitive in today's electronics manufacturing industry, it is necessary to digitize and automate machine monitoring and maintenance management.
Intraratio's RunCard MES delivers on this, with significant benefits gained in operational performance improvements, cost reductions, and overall asset utilization.
